Lord God, we know you are listening. Like light shining in the darkness, let us find comfort in our sadness, certainty in our doubt and courage to live through this hour. Turn sorrow and tragedy into enlightenment for harmony and justice. Make us strong in our faith, loving in our hearts and generous in our actions. In Christ our Lord, we pray. Amen
